I decided to make this new kind of stencil, because i can feel more identifed with a 3D object than with a paper. Its about war, childhood, protection, masks, and the universal identity we can have with a balloon.
You and the weather decide if the balloon stays or disappears; you can pop it, stole it, or just watch it. The street is for the people and Im not forcing you to watch what i want.
Why a Red Balloon:
-We feel comfortable with the organic lines it is conform.
-It pops as a bomb.
-Has the shape of a face.
-It is a metaphorycal representation of me, im all shinny outside an all full of nothing in the inside, just pure air.
-Violent air, red air. -Someday a balloon will pop.
